Make the best Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry in just minutes. Loaded with chicken, bell peppers and mushroom this is a delicious, filling, low carb meal on its' own or with spaghetti squash- or add rice or noodles. I used store bought Teriyaki sauce - and you can even use frozen veggies!

Ingredients

  1. Heat in a large pan olive oil in a medium-high heat. The pan should be big enough to hold all of your stir fry.
  2. Add chicken and season with chili powder, paprika, onion, garlic, salt & ginger
  3. Mix well to get the seasoning evenly spread out
  4. Cook 5 to 8 minutes, until the chicken is cook through. Then remove the chicken from the pan and set aside for now.
  5. Place the pan back over medium-high heat
  6. Add bell peppers cut in pieces
  7. Add mushroom slices
  8. Mix
  9. Cover, lower the heat to medium and let cook 10 minutes, mixing once halfway
  10. Add chicken and teriyaki sauce
  11. Mix well, and allow a minute or so for it all to heat up. Then serve immediately- you can garnish with some sesame seeds before serving.
