- Heat in a large pan olive oil in a medium-high heat. The pan should be big enough to hold all of your stir fry.
- Add chicken and season with chili powder, paprika, onion, garlic, salt & ginger
- Mix well to get the seasoning evenly spread out
- Cook 5 to 8 minutes, until the chicken is cook through. Then remove the chicken from the pan and set aside for now.
- Place the pan back over medium-high heat
- Add bell peppers cut in pieces
- Add mushroom slices
- Mix
- Cover, lower the heat to medium and let cook 10 minutes, mixing once halfway
- Add chicken and teriyaki sauce
- Mix well, and allow a minute or so for it all to heat up. Then serve immediately- you can garnish with some sesame seeds before serving.
