The nutrition counseling approach helps you to rediscover your connection to food in a way that honors and supports your health. Together, we will explore the role that nutrition and lifestyle behaviors can play in healing and supporting your body and mind.

HOW IT WORKS

INITIAL appointment
During the initial appointment, we'll dive deep into your health history, current lifestyle, and wellness goals. This session is all about getting to know you, understanding your unique needs, and creating a personalized plan tailored to your objectives. We'll discuss any challenges you're facing, explore your relationship with food, and identify areas for growth and improvement. By the end of the session, you'll have a clear roadmap and actionable steps to start your journey towards food freedom and holistic wellness.

FOLLOW UP
After the first appointment, we'll schedule regular follow-up sessions to track your progress, address any obstacles, and fine-tune your plan as needed. These follow-up sessions are crucial for providing ongoing support, accountability, and encouragement on your wellness journey. We'll celebrate your victories, problem-solve any setbacks, and adjust your approach to ensure you're continuously moving towards your goals.
