Preheat a skillet on low heat
Mix the bananas, eggs and oats together in a blender on low speed
Grease your skillet with extra virgin coconut oil spray or butter and pour prepared batter onto your skillet. The smaller the size the better
Make sure you allow the pancakes to cook through on one side before flipping
Flip and cook the other side until done; repeat for the rest of the batter
Serve with maple syrup and almond butter or peanut butter for extra protein
Add your favorite topping if you want like fresh fruit or plain yogurt
