How can we start?

01
INITIAL evaluation
This appointment is about 1 hourlong, we’ll discuss everything about you and your goals. There’s usually a lot of backstory behind food and nutrition, so it’s important that you have time to explain everything you want to me to know in order for me to learn all about you!
I offer virtual sessions via phone or video for anyone who can’t make it to my office. These sessions work the same way that in-person sessions do, simply over the phone.

FOLLOW UP sessions
After your initial evaluation, each follow up session will be about 45 minutes long. In these sessions, we’ll set small goals for you to work on, check in on your progress, and adjust as needed every step of the way. In the beginning, in order to meet your goals and continue moving forward, we’ll usually meet once a week or once every other week.

Embrace a harmonious relationship with food. As you get more information and clarity about food you will learn to see the value in food beyond calories. It's not about categorizing foods as "good" or "bad"; what truly counts is our connection to them.
