INITIAL evaluation
I offer virtual sessions via phone or video for anyone who can’t make it to my office. These sessions work the same way that in-person sessions do, simply over the phone.
Instead of applying temporary solutions and quick fixes to mask symptoms, focus on addressing the root causes of your health challenges.
Embrace a harmonious relationship with food. As you get more information and clarity about food you will learn to see the value in food beyond calories. It's not about categorizing foods as "good" or "bad"; what truly counts is our connection to them.
Don't rely solely on "experts" to determine what's best for you. The truth is the only person who can know what's best for you is YOU.
